Final Exam!!! and Becoming to a junior

"Nightmare" is the short spoken word to define the meaning of "final exam" I am very anxious when I know that there are only six days before the first subject of final exam coming! Criminal Law I is definitely not easy but I think I can pleasurably do it ( or not?) Anyway, I think the hardest subject in the exam will be Law of Juristic Acts & Contract because it has many articles to remember and now I have never remembered it! Now, I read Criminal Law I book passing about 80% but that is not mean I can get B+ up to A in this subject. I saw the old exam paper and I found that Criminal I is not easy as same as I thought before. In spite of learning is funny for me but reading a book seems to be tired. I do not know why but I know I must read it otherwise I will fail in the exam. I wish I will become to be a junior without any failed subjects in freshman's subject. Last but not least, I hope that all of my friend will pass this exam and we will meet each other in a junior year!

Arghhh! I read Law of Juristic Acts & Contract book passing only 25-30% and the exam day is very bad because I must examine on 28 February and 7, 8, 9 February. That is too bad. One thing I must do now is reading reading and reading. It is the last way to pass the exam.

UMA

UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) or unidentified animal is one topic that the person who love mysterious story will never be uninteresting. The famous mysterious UMA which was usually referred, such as Nessie of Loch Ness, Big Foot, Kappa, Sea Serpent or even Panda and Gorilla which before identified in 19 century, this two animals also were an UMA. Anyway, UMA is still being a creature which was not identified by the scientific process. UMA which has no any believable evidence is still abundant. People in general still specify UMA as an occult.
From now on, I will present you an UMA which I am interested in it.

Rods, Flying Rods or Sky fish

In 1994, Midway, New Mexico State, a producer named Jose Escamilla found something which appeared in a movie. When he used a slow-motion technique, he found something looked like a long rod. It had a thin membrane outside its body which rapidly fluttered, so Jose thought that was one kind of livings being. He collected its information till he can take its photo about 500 hours and he called it "Rods" or "Flying Rod" which meant flying stick ( by the way,but, this living being has no official name, so it has many names in many places and Sky Fish is the most famous name in Japan)

Rods which were taken a photograph have a size between 5 inches to 30 meters in length. It can fly in the sky and also in the water. Someone said that because Rod can move itself so fast ( about 80-300 km/h), so no one can see it. We will only see it if we see in a picture or a video which was used slow-motion technique.

There are many theories about rod but I will choose only the believable theory
1. Unidentified insect
Nowadays, identified insect number was about 800,000 kinds. Someone said " unidentified insect which has no evidence about it, has a number about 3,000,000 species. It doesn't strange if Rod is one kind of unidentified insects, however it has one doubt about rod " if rod is an insect why we can't hear the sound of its wing when it flies?
2. Unidentified animal
This theory stated that rod was not an insect but it was a bird lineage or a mammal but this theory has one doubt about the sound of the wing as same as the previous theory.
3. Anomalocaris
There was one assumption that rod was an Anomalocaris which was a living being in Cambrian era or not?

A membrane on rod's body looks like Anomalocaris but this ancient animal lives in the water. It can hurl its body over the water surface but it is only gliding not flying like the rod in the video.
4. Motion blur phenomenon
This is the most rehearsal theory. When we take a photograph of an object which moving itself very fast, we will find that the object will has a line of moving ( please notice a picture of the car which moving very fast in the night) There was one assumption stated that " perhaps Rod is an animal which we already know but it was taken a photograph and motion blur phenomenon happened, so we misunderstand that rod is an UMA.

However, nobody can capture a real rod, so there are many controversies till nowadays "Is this animal is a real story or not? " because we have no evidence which can support that rod is a real animal and we have no evidence which can support that rod is a fake animal it was just only fake story.

Brandname Vs. Yokel - How the salesmen serve me? (Part II)

Last day : Hi-so in the city


Visiting brand name shop(yesterday shop)
" Today I come with new good-looking because Marie Claire strongly changes my look already. I don't want to believe that the salesmen can't forget me, so I decide to ask her " Excuse me.. Do you have any casual-looking shoes? Surprisingly! They ask for my size and quickly find it for me. " Sorry, size 38 is not available please try size 37.5" is the spoken word of the yesterday salesmen. I definitely remember that she had ever looked down on me but today she looks respectful with me. I ask her " My feet are too fat, aren't it?" She blandly answers me " No, of course not, your feet are thin and no any shoes make your feet look fat" (in my mind) Sorry, my feet look very fat, How did you say that my feet are thin? I decide to tell her " I will be back" She widely smiles at me and asks me " Do you want me to keep this shoe for you? And another shop as same as the previous shop, no one can remember me. This time the salesmen quickly goes to me and tells me the shop discounting all the items for 60% (I remember that yesterday she did not told me)

Testing cosmetics at the counter again, I get an honor, becoming to a lady
" The salesman says hello to me and welcome me to visit the counter. She smiles attractively to me " Are you makeup by yourself?" she asks me. I heard it and try to not laugh " No, I have a makeup artist ( from Marie Claire) Before I walk away from her, she tells me " Next time you can escape from your house and go to shopping by yourself, it's very funny! " I think I was never speaking to her but it looks like she thinks by herself.

Making a credit card, For me must be only a platinum card!
" I arrive at the bank and see the yesterday officer. As he sees me, he enthusiastically offers me a platinum card " JUST ONLY you have a salary about 250,000 baht, you can get it!" Hmm.. I remember that yesterday he told me "for the simple card you MUST HAVE a salary more than 15,000 baht" but my new look makes him spoke JUST ONLY with 250,000 baht.

Visiting BMW showroom, I know the reason why he takes care of me very good.
" I walk lead Marie Claire into the showroom and the salesman remember me. He embarrassed smile when he know the truth. Marie Claire asks him straight " Instead of I dress like a yokel but why did you takes care of me very good? He tells us " Once, I was not interested in an old man who dressed T-shirt, an worn-out pant, but at last he bought BMW serie 7 with no credit card, From that event, I don't mind what the customer dress and I bring this story to teach my officers yet.

After mission complete
" First day I felt very nervous but second day I feel confident in myself. I don't want to believe that our figure cause a great effect with other people and my mind too great influence.

" Human will acknowledge to a tangible thing than an intangible thing. Tangible is the thing which the human can see by their eyes, as if it is the first door to acknowledge. When we already acknowledge, it will be interpreted by our old experience and use our value to judge the others by natural, especially in capital economic system in Thailand that we hold on the haves and the haves-not to be a standard.
